in this package you will find 50 modern looking buildings each with 7 material presets one to control windows, accent lights, for the rest of building part, rubbles and debris and etc... and these materials are in a way that you can customize them and experiment by making different Material instances with them and combine them together among the buildings and for the windows, you can find 40 different textures for windows and billboards which you can play around with reflective color, emissive color and intensity, offset and tiling options in order to give a more believable look to the buildings and on top of that you can find 7 rooftop props such as antennas and dishes to be places on top of the buildings to add more details to them + 41 support meshes such as numbers and alphabets for making custom billboards and 2 low poly vehicles with blueprints to animate those vehicles.
